Fwwarra (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a self-care and bath-product brand based in Doha, Qatar. When you browse or shop on our website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. These terms explain how our services, products, and website features work. They also ensure a clear and safe shopping experience.

To shop with us, you must be an adult responsible for the purchase. Individuals under 18 may place an order only with the supervision and permission of a responsible adult using an authorized debit or credit card.

When you place an order, we send a confirmation through email, WhatsApp, or SMS. If any issue appears, we reach out immediately. We also provide a suitable solution. In many cases, our team resolves order issues on the same day.


2. Use Of The Website

By using our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You also agree to avoid misuse or harmful actions while using our services. In addition, you agree to respect our content and security by not copying, altering, or interfering with them.

If any issue affects your order, we contact you directly through WhatsApp, email, or SMS. We also make sure your information stays secure throughout the process.


3. Account Creation & User Responsibility

You may shop with or without creating an account. However, creating an account helps you track your orders more easily.

If you choose to create an account, you agree to keep your login details private. You also agree to update your personal information when needed. In addition, you take full responsibility for any actions performed through your account.

Keeping your account information accurate also helps us process your orders smoothly.


4. Product Information & Pricing

We work to ensure that all descriptions, colors, images, and pricing are accurate. However, occasional mistakes may still happen.

If an error affects your order, we notify you promptly. We then offer one of the following: correcting the order, replacing the item, or issuing a refund when applicable.

Prices, offers, and product availability may change at any time. As a result, customers may notice updates on the website.


5. Orders & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Standard Orders (Ready Stock)

You may cancel any order that has not been shipped yet.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not available unless:
• you receive the wrong item, or
• the product arrives defective or damaged.

5.2 Customized Orders (Special Requests)

Customized orders may include specific colors, unique shapes, custom packaging, or large quantities prepared for a particular customer.

Once preparation begins, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if the request is made before preparation starts, a 30% deduction may apply to cover allocated materials and preparation time.

Customized orders are not eligible for return unless the wrong item or a defective product is delivered.


6. Delivery & Processing Time

6.1 Ready Products

Delivery within 24 hours inside Qatar.

6.2 Customized Orders

Preparation requires 2–3 days before dispatch.

6.3 Coverage Area

We deliver to all regions within Qatar. However, delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.


7. Payments

Payments are processed electronically through approved gateways such as SADAD. Cash-on-delivery is not available. Customers are responsible for entering accurate payment details during checkout.

We do not store or access customer card information. We also do not share any payment data with third parties. Therefore, customers can shop with confidence knowing their payment information is handled securely.


8. Return & Exchange Policy

Bath bombs and self-care items are personal-use products. Therefore, returns are not accepted after delivery unless the item is defective, arrives damaged, or the customer receives the wrong product.

If any of these situations occur, we cover the shipping cost and provide a replacement or a refund depending on the case. Customers should also contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.


9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Fwwarra website—including logos, packaging, photos, videos, product descriptions, and designs—is protected by intellectual-property laws.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reuse, modify, print, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from Fwwarra. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action under Qatari law.


10. Communication

When you contact us through WhatsApp, email, or our online forms, you agree that we may respond with updates or follow-ups related to your order or inquiry. We aim to reply within 24 hours. We may also provide updates regarding policies or product availability if needed.


11. Limitation of Liability

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, or unavoidable operational problems. As a result, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Additionally, we are not liable for misuse, improper storage, or incorrect handling of products after delivery.


12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms to reflect service improvements, policy updates, or legal requirements. Once published, changes apply immediately. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.


13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
