1. Processing Time

• Most orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day).
• Custom or special orders require 2–3 business days.

2. Delivery Within Qatar

We deliver across Qatar using trusted delivery partners.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout and may vary depending on the area.
We occasionally offer free-delivery promotions.

3. Delivery Attempts

If we agree on a specific delivery time and the order is delivered at that time, the delivery fee applies normally.

If the customer is unavailable and delivery fails, the order may return to us and a new delivery fee may apply for re-delivery.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Complete address (Zone, Street, Building/Villa, Apartment if applicable)
• Any notes to help the driver locate your location

Fwwarra is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

5. Order Confirmation & Delivery Updates

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Once your order is out for delivery, the driver will contact you to confirm the drop-off time.
