At Fwwarra, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. Because our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients and made in small batches, returns are handled carefully and under specific conditions to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product arrived damaged,
  • The product has a manufacturing defect,
  • You received the wrong item,
  • Or your order is missing items.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted due to hygiene and product safety standards.


2. Time Frame for Reporting an Issue

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

This allows us to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.


3. Natural Products — Non-Returnable After Delivery

Fwwarra products are handcrafted using natural ingredients and contain no preservatives, no artificial stabilizers, and no chemical fillers.

Due to their clean and natural formula, our products are more sensitive to:

  • Heat
  • Humidity
  • Handling
  • Exposure to external environments

Once a product has been delivered to the customer, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions or hygiene.
Therefore, it cannot be returned or resold — even if unopened.

To protect customer safety and ensure product freshness, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted after delivery.

Returns are only accepted when the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Or not matching the description at the time of purchase

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If the issue is confirmed to be from our side, you may choose:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (when applicable)

We will cover all return and re-delivery fees.
This includes items with decorative elements such as hearts, shapes, or special finishes.

The product must be returned exactly as it was received by the customer.


5. Missing Items

If your order is missing any item, we will:

  • Send the missing product immediately, or
  • Provide a replacement or refund if the item is unavailable.

No additional delivery fee will be charged.


6. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If the order has already been dispatched and is not a custom order, and you choose not to receive it:

  • The delivery fee will be deducted, and
  • The shipment will be returned to us.

Custom or special-made orders cannot be cancelled once preparation begins.


7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds (when approved) are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
